If your student will be withdrawing or transferring from Marblehead High School, please complete these steps: 

• Contact your student's counselor to inform them of the withdrawal.
• You must complete this Student Transfer and Withdrawal Form in order for us to release records. 
• Please provide the reason of withdrawal, new school information, and whether your student owes anything to Marblehead High School.
• Once the form is complete, the guidance department will send student records to the student's new attending school.
